The weather in Koh Samui can be divided into three very distinct seasons, the warm season, which lasts from February till May, the rainy season, which lasts from the end of September till November in Thailand, and the cool season, which runs from October till January.

Between the months of December and February, it is the dry season in Koh Samui. There is very little rain during this period, but often a refreshing breeze, which is ideal given the year round sunshine. Between September and November, Koh Samui experiences what is known as the monsoon season. During this time, whilst it is still very hot and occasionally sunny, the showers are frequent but short lasting. In rainy season, there will often be some refreshing rain showers followed by the welcome return of sunshine.

From March till August, the weather is exceptionally dry and hot. Crocodile Farm
